In the Upload payroll data function, need to add some more fields:

  • job_level (junior, mid, senior, lead, director)
  • years_exp
  • location
  • function_category (business, technical, support)
  • qualification_level (graduate, postgraduate, specialist)
  • is_manager (true/false)
